1. SAFETY 

Response time is crucial during an emergency. If our central station monitors your system, emergency personnel and equipment can be quickly dispatched to your property in the event of an alarm. Even if no one is at your home or business to hear the alarm and call for help emergency personnel can be notified automatically and respond. Early notification can prevent a minor event from becoming a major loss.

2. U.L. LISTED AND APPROVED CENTRAL STATION

Our North Carolina based central receiving station meets the strict guidelines set up by the National Fire Protection Association, Underwriters Laboratories, and other listing agencies to insure that the facility, equipment, and personnel are always ready to quickly respond to your system in the event of an alarm or trouble condition. Professional operators using the latest state of the art receivers and software are trained to give emergency personnel the information they require in a concise, time saving manner.

3. AUTOMATIC SERVICE NOTIFICATION

If your system should experience a trouble condition for any reason, our service department can be notified electronically from the central station so we can quickly respond to diagnose and correct the problem. In many cases you won’t even have to call us to report a problem, we’ll call you!

4. NO LONG TERM CONTRACT

Unlike many other companies, Patriot Systems, LLC doesn’t require you to sign any long-term contracts obligating you to years of commitment to us. While we believe you will be so pleased with our service you will want to continue your monitoring with us, your service can be discontinued at any time by simply notifying us in writing.

5. OUR RATES

We offer basic rates for monitoring properties without sprinkler systems and for sprinkled buildings. Properties with sprinkler systems cost more because they are required to report system status to the central station every 5 minutes, hour, or 24 hours depending on the type of signal transmission. If a system fails to send this daily test we will be notified automatically to investigate the problem.

6. BILLING OPTIONS

For your convenience, payment can be made on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. (Most of our customers prefer the quarterly option.) You will automatically receive a statement when the next payment is due.

7. NO CONTRACTS

If there is a dirty little secret in the alarm systems industry today it’s contracts. We want you to use Patriot Systems LLC for your service and monitoring because you want to – not because you have to. Our services can be discontinued at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. NO SET UP FEES

We do not charge any set-up fees to put your system on line with our central station. There may be a charge for the addition of a digital communicator if your system doesn’t have one, or a charge to re-program your existing communicator if you already have one. Any charge to get your system online would only be for the technician’s labor and materials required to enable your system to communicate with the receivers at the central station.

9. 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE 365 DAYS A YEAR

Whether you need to place your system in test, cancel an alarm, or you have a question about your account, someone at the central station is always standing by ready to speak to you and handle your request

10. REAL PEOPLE

You will never get a recorded message when you contact our central station. Unlike many other monitoring providers, we don’t use recordings or “menu” systems that require you to wait through a list of options to get to what you need. A real person will answer your call and quickly provide whatever information or assistance you need.
